How many of you listen music while working and what

intense like hard rock or metal but anything that has energy

A general observation but it seems to me, completely anecdotal,
that there are probably less fit, less attractive people
on here because it is a place where they can get laid. Is this
observation something that bares any reality or is it just
a personal observation that is only preference based?

What type of supplements does everyone take? 24.10.2019
With my weight training, I take Whey Protein Isolate after
a workout. Strawberry Banana is the flavour I have. Tastes
great. I take BCAA powder/capsules as well. I try to get 5grams
of it. I get good results with this.

I've been working out 5-7 days a week for years now but
it seems as though the last 2 years or so I just keep accumulating
small injuries. Even when I take breaks to heal it never

it is more fun and satisfying than running on a treadmill

So how many of y’all have heard go intermittent fasting?
The idea is humans aren’t supposed to eat constantly
but because of food scarcity during the caveman years our
bodies evolved to only eat one - 2 meals a day. In modern times
it translates to only ingesting calories during an 8 hour
window usually and not eat for the other 16 hours forcing
you body to burn the carbs it’s storing up ...
